Buku Bisnis is a bookkeeping app that runs entirely on your device. There is no server, no account, and no analytics — your financial records never leave your phone unless you export them yourself.
None. The application has no backend, no user account, and no analytics or advertising SDK. The developer never receives your name, email address, phone number, location, or any of your financial figures.
Everything you enter is written to a local SQLite database in the app’s private storage:
Under Android’s security model this directory is readable only by the app itself. Clearing the app’s data or uninstalling it deletes all of it permanently. Because no copy exists on any server, there is nothing to request deletion of from us.
The backup and PDF export features create a file at a location you pick through the system file picker. From the moment you save or send that file — to Google Drive, WhatsApp, email, or anywhere else — it is outside the app’s control and is governed by the privacy policy of whichever service you used.
Restore reads a backup file you select. The app does not scan your storage, and it does not upload backups automatically anywhere.
The app integrates no third-party service: no advertising network, no analytics, no crash-reporting SDK, no cloud sync.
If Android Auto Backup is enabled on your device, the operating system may copy app data to your Google Drive account. That process is managed by Android and Google, not by this app, and is subject to Google’s privacy policy.
Go to Settings › Apps › Buku Bisnis › Storage › Clear data, or uninstall the app. Either action permanently removes every record. Export a backup first if you want to keep your books.
The application applies standard protections: passwords are stored as one-way hashes (never in plain text), access is limited by role, and all traffic between client and server is expected to run over HTTPS/TLS.
Because nothing is transmitted, there is no server-side database of ours that could be breached. Device-level protection (screen lock, disk encryption) is what protects the local database.
No system is perfectly secure. Server hardening, backups, and access management for a live installation are the responsibility of the organization operating it.
This is a business bookkeeping tool. It is not directed at children under 13, and it collects no data from anyone.
You have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal data. Since the app stores everything locally and we hold no copy, you exercise all of those rights directly in the app — there is no request to send us.
If this policy changes, the “Last updated” date at the top of this page will be revised. Material changes will be reflected in the application release notes.
